Extending from Anthony Mccall ‘Line Describing a Cone’ I wanted to capture and exhaust this cone, creating by the light of a projection by capturing and filming it, then projecting this. This is the footage captured from the first film. The exhaustion was inspired by Alvin Luciers ‘I am sitting in a room’.

Inspired from Alvin Lucier’s process of playing sound in a room, and recording this, to then play this sound again in the same room, I decided to extract the same methodology in order to exhaust the light of a projector. This is the footage produced from projecting the footage of the light, and recording the light, to then project it again 10 times. The original footage consist of a live stream of 24hrs of London Bridge station.

Exhausting a projector, refracted on the wall and mirror and into a box. The mirror enabled the spectator to see themselves as well as exhausted image.
